EVER College Station is located at 401 Stasney St, College Station, TX 77840. Situated in the heart of the Northgate district, we are just a short walk from the Texas A&M University campus, local dining, and vibrant nightlife, offering the perfect blend of convenience and community for Aggies. Our mid-rise boutique community is what you need to feel right at home. For now, you can meet us at 321 University Dr to see all EVER has to offer.
What types of floorplans are available at EVER?
We have a wide variety of floor plans, from Studios, 1 bedroom, 2 bedroom, 3 bedroom, 4 bedroom, and 5-bedroom options. Everybody will have their own private bedroom and bathroom

Is EVER a pet friendly community?
Absolutely, we love our furry residents! We even have an on-site pet washing station to keep them pampered! Restrictions may apply, so give us a call or stop by the office for more information.
What is an individual lease?
An individual lease is a by-the-bed lease, which means you are only responsible for the bedroom space you are assigned to and have a shared responsibility for common areas with your roommates. This also includes rental installments – so no worrying about if your roommates are late on payments!
What is a rental installment?
Rental installment refers to the contract total price, divided equally 12 times for convenience. Your first installment will be due August 1 and your last installment is due July 1 unless you’ve elected to renew at EVER.
Are utilities included?
EVER covers water, sewer, internet and trash services. Students will split the electricity bill evenly with the roommates. We will set up individual accounts with Conservice, and students will pay their rent plus their portion of the electric bill to the leasing office in one payment.
I’m ready to sign my lease at EVER – what should I do?
The entire leasing process can be done online through our website by starting an application! Once both the primary and guarantors finish the application, the leasing team will send over the lease for signatures. Alternatively, you can stop by the leasing office at 321 University Dr to go through the steps in person.
Do you offer a roommate matching service if I don’t bring my own roommates?
Yes! EVER has a roommate matching program. During the application process, you’ll fill out a roommate profile questionnaire which allows us to match you with roommates who have similar interests. Additionally, we’ve programmed with RoomSync, an app allowing you to create a profile so you can swipe on potential roommates.
What parking options are available?
There is a secured parking garage with EV charging stations, compact, and standard spots that have controlled access for your peace of mind. Plus, we have onsite bike storage for no extra charge.
How can I schedule a tour at EVER?
Our temporary leasing office is located at 321 University Dr, College Station, TX 77840. Drop by during our office hours to tour our leasing gallery, or schedule an appointment on our website through the contact submission form
When is the move-in date?
Our exclusive white-glove service ensures a seamless transition to TAMU. Professional movers will handle all the heavy lifting, allowing you to focus on exploring your new campus and getting settled. Enjoy the convenience of an early August move-in, and start your TAMU adventure on the right foot. Plus, our early move-in date gives you a chance to get involved on campus before classes even begin.
Are the units fully furnished?
EVER’s apartments come fully furnished.
Each resident will have a full-size bed with a headboard and pillow-top mattress, a four-drawer under-bed dresser, a study desk with USB, and a desk chair.
Our standard floor plans come with common area furniture, including an entertainment stand, mounted 55 inch Smart TV, coffee table with foot rest, sofa, side chair*, and barstools. Larger units may include a sectional couch.

When are installment payments due and how do I pay them?
All installment payments are due on the 1st of each month. You have multiple options for payment – ACH, debit/credit, and e-check on the resident portal.
Is renter’s insurance required? Does EVER offer renter’s insurance?
Each resident is responsible for having an active liability insurance policy. Typically, you can be covered under your parents’ insurance policies, or you can enroll through the resident portal and add a small fee to your monthly cost to be covered under EVER’s policy.
What is a guarantor and what if I do not have one?
A guarantor is a third party signer who can ensure your payments will be paid in a timely manner. If you don’t have a guarantor, we have alternative options to assist you with having your application approved – contact the office to learn more about our options.
I’m an international student – what documentation do I need to provide?
International students will need to provide a copy of their student visa in the application. In lieu of the guarantor requirements, you may opt to prepay your last 2 rental installments of the lease.
How do I apply for student housing from overseas?
The entire leasing process can be done online through our website by starting an application! Once both the primary and guarantors finish the application, the leasing team will send over the lease for signatures.
Are there housing options that cater to different cultural needs?
We understand students have different needs, and we offer flexible, preferred placement. On the application, you will be asked for your floor and bedroom preferences, as well as any additional information you would like us to know. We will accommodate preferences on a first-come, first-served basis.
What are VIP units at EVER? Where are they located?
VIP units are located on the top residential floor (5th Floor) which offers restricted access. In addition to this, the VIP units also offer the following amenities:

Will there be maintenance on site? How will I submit a work order?
EVER will have a maintenance team on site during business hours, and on-call maintenance for after hours needs. To submit a maintenance request, log into the resident portal and click the ‘request maintenance’ button or give us a call in the office and we will submit a request on your behalf.
Are the washer and dryer in the unit?
Yes! All units will have their own washer & dryer.
